Q: How does the shopping basket work?

Your shopping basket will remember any item you add to it, so you can
carry on shopping on any pages within our site and when your final item
has been added you can simply proceed to checkout.

Prices are set in GBP British Pounds but you can view prices in your local
currency - an up-to-date conversion rate is available by clicking your own currency in the drop down list next to the shopping basket.
If you wish to pay using Google Checkout (recommended) then please note that you should reset the currency to GBP before checking out as Google will only process payments in British Pounds. Your credit card company will however convert this amount to your own currency which will be shown on your card statement.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: YES! We only use payment processors who provide the highest level of

chose these processors to guarantee you, our customer, the very highest
security and peace of mind. We recommend paying by Google checkout but
we can also accept payment by Moneybookers and Paypal on request.
Q: What about delivery?
A: We keep all
of our products in stock and we aim to despatch your purchases within
24 - 48 hours from receiving your order. That means that wherever you
are in the world you can expect to have your goods safely delivered to
your door within 7-10 working days, sometimes much faster! Occasionally
for very large consignments we might use a carrier and this can mean a
slightly longer delivery time but we will always advise you of any
possible delay.

RETURNS POLICY:

We have 100% confidence in the products that we sell and are sure you
will agree - however if you are not happy with any product bought from
us then simply return it undamaged for a refund.
Your original credit or debit card will be promptly refunded although
we reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee of 2% of the
original purchase price and regret that we are unable to refund
shipping charges.
