The mud is applied to the body straight from the pack (it can be gently heated first if desired) and is then left to dry for about 25 minutes. One 250g or 300g pack should be enough for a full body treatment or it can be applied locally for joint pain or skin conditions.
As the mud dries, it draws impurities from the skin and replenishes the body with all the beneficial trace elements and minerals - at least 49 in total!
