SPANISH FLY, FOOD SUPPLEMENTS AND ADULT COSMETICS PRODUCTS INFO
In order to fully comply with the EU legislation of herbal products, we regretfully no longer offer our popular herbal remedy products such as Herbal Teas, Goatweed, Horniest Goatweed etc. This is a measure we have had to take to conform to the new regulations which came into effect in April 2011.
Because of this we removed from sale and withdrew from stock any such products - this procedure was completed by the end of 2010.
We are happy to announce that we will however continue to sell our Spanish Fly range which is manufactured within the EU by companies that we believe are fully compliant in their member states and whose products we believe are in line with current EU regulations and legislation.
We believe that all food, food supplements and cosmetics produced by our product manufacturers are produced according to GMP & HACCP regulations and all of their food supplements are subject to and comply to the Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament of 10 June 2002 which regulations have been implemented by the respective national authorities into national law.
Furthermore it is our understanding that all of our Spanish Fly and similar items fall within the scope of the principle of free movements of goods as formulated in Art. 28 of the EU Treaty. Products which are legally marketed in one European Union member state have to be admitted in another EU member state on the basis of the Treaty.
This principle of free movement is known as “mutual recognition” and has been recognized by the European Court in several cases and recently laid down in formal law by the European parliament in Regulation 764/2008/EC.
Please be assured that Yankel Products maintains the highest levels of product quality control and constantly strives to do so.
The Spanish Fly and similar products that we sell are sold as food supplements, sex toys and novelties and all claims for their efficacy are made by the manufacturer.
Customers should seek advice from customs authorities in their own country should they have any questions regarding local import restrictions on any items.
In addition please note that we do not offer and will never offer any kind of prescription products, generic or otherwise (eg. 'Viagra' or similar) in any form.
